Are you a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie looking for your next exciting opportunity? Search Consultancy are delighted to be working alongside our client - a prestigious 5-star hotel based in Perthshire.
Salary and Benefits:
* Annual salary: 31,000 per annum
* Tronc: Guaranteed 5,000
* Accommodation: Live-in available on-site for just 50 per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to exceptional standards
* Assist in managing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in maintaining a well-organised kitchen
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are always met
* Help train and guide junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a rosette/Michelin kitchen
* Passion for cooking and commitment to providing an unrivalled experience for guests
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
