- You will be managing escalated issues as well as identifying, investigating and resolving problems with critical custom healthcare systems & applications that use leading edge Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Take responsibility and ownership of assigned incidents and manage through to permanent resolution, communicating professionally to customers
- Supporting and managing Windows & Azure based infrastructure
- Network & Firewall configuration.
- Field and manage technical customer issues via phone, chat, email, and remote web sessions
- You will pro-actively managing the customers systems, including making recommendations for security, reliability, scalability or cost reasons.
- Must have 3rd line application / system / app support experience on Azure based applications & infrastructure.
- Must hold BSc degree in Computer Science/Technology subject with a minimum grade of 2.1 or MSc degree with minimum grade of Merit
- Strong experience within Network / Firewall management.
- ITIL Service Management processes – Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with customers / clients
