Client:
Cooper Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Personal Assistant to join our client, a Historical Estate based in Scotland.
Position:
The position is fairly widespread with a variety of projects and tasks to get involved with including overseeing domestic staff where necessary and reporting on the general day to day running of the Farm and Estate.
Desired Qualities/Experience:
The applicant must be computer literate and enjoy research and marketing, attending exhibitions and undertaking the following duties:
- Administrative and communication skills to manage calls, emails, and tenant queries, handle personal tasks for senior management, and coordinate event-related communications efficiently.
- Financial Management Experience including bank reconciliation, invoice preparation, VAT return submissions, and proficiency in Sage for accurate coding and data entry.
- Assist with financial documentation, maintain up-to-date cash flow records, and manage supplier payments efficiently.
- Experience in managing bookings, invoicing, and monitoring for activities and signage, as well as efficiently coordinating airport collections and returns.
- Overall operational oversight of the estate.
- Coordinate communication related to events.
- Managing other assigned tasks.
