About the Role:

Our client is looking for a newly graduated dentist who is excited to begin their professional career. As a full-time dentist within the District Health Board, you will have the chance to provide general dental care to a diverse range of patients, working in both the public and private sectors. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities to build your skills while earning competitive remuneration. You will deliver high-quality dental care alongside an experienced team of professionals and gain exposure to a variety of clinical cases that will help you grow as a practitioner. Key Duties

  • Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions as well emergency and accident-related dental work
  • Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
  • Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
  • Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
  • Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
  • Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
  • Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Engaging in continuing education and professional development to stay at the forefront of dental practices and technologies.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to Australia
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
  • Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
  • Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
  • New Graduates or newly qualified dentists with at least 1 year experience
  • Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
