Location: West Midlands, Warwickshire, Rugby

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing

Salary: £55,000 - £67,000 Per Annum

Company Branding: A Leading and reputable House Builder are looking for a Site Manager for a brand new project in Rugby.

Job Duties:
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management
  • Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid certification
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or related field
  • Valid Driving Licence
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the house building industry
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional health and safety certifications
  • Experience working on large-scale housing projects
