Meraki Talent is delighted to be supporting our client, an esteemed and growing Scottish firm, in their search for a Senior Grants Auditor to join their Dundee office.The RoleYou will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of prestigious public sector and commercial clients across Scotland, ensuring the financial accuracy and compliance of the grants they manage. In this senior role, you will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing success of the firm’s Grants Team.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute grant audits, both remotely and onsite.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve queries.
  • Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support and train team members, sharing knowledge on grant project rules.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings and contribute to business tenders.

Your ProfileThe ideal candidate will:

  • Be fully or part qualified (CA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent).
  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience in accountancy practice, ideally in audit.
  • Possess strong numerical, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Be commercially aware, organized, and capable of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Previous Grant Audit experience is advantageous but not essential.
