What You'll Do:
Prepare annual accounts for a diverse range of entities, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.Handle independent examinations for charities and prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts for clients across various sectors.Engage directly with clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction.Build relationships that not only enhance our firm's reputation but also uncover opportunities for new business.
Who We're Looking For:
AAT qualified or equivalent experience. If you're still studying, don't worry; we offer study support!Previous experience in accounts preparation within a professional practise is a plus, but enthusiasm and drive matter most.Strong numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis are essential.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with clients and colleagues.Client-driven and commercially aware individuals will thrive in this role.Familiarity with accounts production software like Xero and Sage is a significant advantage!
