We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to support our client at their office in Dundee (DD2 1UB). This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and efficient professional who thrives in an office-based environment.Role Details:Contract Type: Temporary, full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break)Duration: 5–6 monthsStart Date: ASAPPay Rate: £12–£14 per hourBased: Dundee – Fully office based 5 days per weekKey Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer and field sales personnel equipment requirements.
  • Raise initial orders for equipment on SAP.
  • Process purchase orders for demonstration equipment hires and progress them to invoice.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and sales personnel via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Respond to queries regarding the availability and location of demonstration equipment for business managers.
  • Participate in audit counts and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and coordinate the distribution of demonstration equipment.
  • Follow up on overdue reports.
General Duties:
  • Maintain the demonstration department areas in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Carry out other related duties as required, including tasks involving equipment and storage.
  • Assist with ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by your manager or in response to business needs.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Accuracy in data entry, processing orders, and maintaining records.
  • Confident and professional when liaising with customers, sales personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP or similar order processing systems is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks and adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Able to handle queries and troubleshoot equipment-related issues efficiently.
