Due to demand, we have an exciting opening for a Field Service Engineer to join our specialist aftersales team.

We’re looking for a suitable engineer who ideally lives in the Dundee area, or the wider region.

Exceptional field service support is at the heart of our business. We’re a trusted supplier of some of the world’s most advanced and innovative lifting machines.

This is your chance to become a specialist field service engineer, to manage your own territory and support our advanced cranes. 

Duties:

It's a highly professional environment.

You’ll be based from home visiting our customers across the region, conducting the following:

  • Routine crane servicing.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on customer sites.
  • Performing thorough examinations / LOLER inspections and necessary compliance checks.
  • Providing technical support to customers.

Training

We offer a comprehensive manufacturer training schedule that builds on your knowledge and develops you into an experienced Field Service Engineer. 

You'll receive full support every step of the way. 

Our engineers work 40 standard hours per week Monday - Friday. Additional over-time, (paid at a time and a half), is available should you want to work more and earn more.

Our ideal applicant

If you’re passionate about your work, with a strong customer focus you’ll fit right in!

Its essential that you're an existing service engineer with mechanical, hydraulic & electrical experience maintaining similar equipment such as construction plant, agricultural machinery, cranes, HGV's, Forklifts, Talilifts etc. 

Ideally applicants should hold a recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in a relevant discipline.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
