Product Support Investigator

Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are hiring for a Product Support Investigator to join our long standing client, a global leader within the healthcare industry, at their site in Dundee.

You would be joining as part of the Product Support Team, being primarily responsible for the logging, assessment of reportability of end user complaints and subsequent investigation of specific medical products produced.

This would be on an initial 12 month contract with the potential to get extended further on down the line.

Pay is set at £12.82 per hour, with the hours being Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Record, review and evaluate reported product issues from users
  • Conduct investigations to identify the cause of issues and provide reports
  • Document and respond to Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)
  • Follow site protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts by suggesting innovative ideas to enhance communication and optimise productivity

Requirements:

  • Either a degree within Biological Sciences or 3 years practical experience working in an In Vitro Diagnostics manufacturing environment
  • Experience with CAPA systems - agile preferred
  • Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
  • Confident using MS Office applications
