The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Dundee area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.
Hours: Working 5 shifts out of 7 shifts across Monday to Sunday. Shifts start from 6am-8:45am.
Pay Rate: 拢13.71 per hour PAYE.
Location: Dundee, DD2

The role:
.safely transporting our palletised parcels to Couriers or collecting from Delivery Units
.Typically have a run with 4 - 5 drops ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated.
路 Using tail lift/pump truck to handle pallets at sub depots.
路 Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
路 Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle.
路 Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient operations.
路 Complete a theory and practical assessment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards and then complete a few days paid training if assessment is successful.
Requirements:
路 Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C).
路 Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
路 No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
路 Full understanding of WTD legislation.
路 Ability to operate tail lift and pump truck equipment.
路 Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
路 Excellent communication skills.
路 A safety-first mindset.
