SRG are delighted to again be working with a market leading contract research, development & testing organisation based in the North East of Scotland who are looking to add another individual to their exciting and expanding commercial team who operate on a global basis.

As marketing manager you will work closely with the commercial & managing directors as well as collaborating with a team of business development managers to develop and deliver on business growth strategy. You will use prior experience and knowledge to develop an innovative B2B marketing campaign that will help the organisation expand their global customer base. This includes developing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, event promotion & customer communications. This role will also involve developing market intelligence on customers & competitors to develop strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy in line with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Managing all marketing aspects for the separate individual business units within the company
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns
  • support the wider commercial team in gathering market intelligence

The Ideal Candidate

  • Formal qualification in marketing
  • Qualification in science is desirable, alternatively, other experience within a scientific company
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into digestible materials for a variety of audiences
