Job Title: Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Dundee
Pay: £12.48 - £13.50
Job Type: Temporary, Flexible Hours (temp to perm available if desired)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Implement care plans and support individual needs.
- Promote a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the UK is essential.
- SVQ level 2/3 in Residential childcare or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (due to full time hours we cannot consider those on a restricted visa, sponsorships etc)
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
- PVG membership for Children.
