Spanish / English Speaking Technical Support Agent

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Spanish / English Speaking Technical Support Agent



Pay rate: 24,000 - 27,000

Location: Dundee

Contract: Permanent Full time

Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm ( 2-3 Days Office based and the rest at home)

Duties:

• Answering all incoming telephone calls, emails and web chats within agreed timescales
• Updating the customer records accordingly
• Investigate customer issues
• Enter orders, credit notes, credit card payments onto the systems

What we are looking for:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Both Written and Verbal)
• Works well in part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Strong IT and Technical skills
