Job Title: Plumbing Support Technician

Remuneration: 15 - 16 per hour

Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Plumbing Support Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of plumbing systems! Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert technical support during installations and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve installation challenges.
- Delivering hands-on training and guidance on system usage and maintenance.
- Conducting system configuration and calibration to meet specific customer needs.
- Documenting installation processes and maintaining detailed service records.
- Performing thorough testing of hardware and software to uphold quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving product defects while contributing to quality assurance processes.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout your work.
Skills:
We're looking for a candidate with a passion for plumbing and a knack for problem-solving. You should have:
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
- Experience in pipe fitting and general connections.
- Familiarity with pump and valve installations.
- A commitment to Health and Safety best practises.
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
