I help to keep people safe and warm by…

  • Overseeing the delivery of Property Projects.
  • Proactively managing Health, Safety, and Environmental impacts to deliver a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Managing project programmes of work and monitoring financial performance (MI reporting).
  • Managing contractor quality and performance through audit and inspection processes.
  • Engaging and managing stakeholders to determine and agree on scope and design requirements.
  • Assisting other colleagues and associates where required in the delivery of the wider property team's goals and objectives.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in Project delivery including but not limited to safety management, time & budget management and communication skills.
  • We’re also looking for;
  • Relevant experience of project delivery within a construction / property environment (Project initiation, Project planning, Project execution, Project monitoring & controlling, Project closure)
  • Knowledge of Buildings hard services (mechanical / electrical / elements of structure).
  • Awareness of building related statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance activities.
