Health & Safety Advisor – Dundee 

Are you an experienced Health and Safety Professional with a background in construction? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a site-based project in Dundee. The company is offering a chance for the right candidate to come in and make a real impact, promoting safety standards and managing risks throughout the project's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain safety policies, risk assessments, and procedures aligned with CDM 2015.
  • Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and industry standards.
  • Deliver safety training, briefings, and toolbox talks.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety across the project.
  • Report on safety performance to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NEBOSH National Construction Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH Managing Safely.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in health and safety within construction, with a focus on CDM 2015.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead safety initiatives on-site.
