Governance Manager required to join a small but well renown association on a part time, permanent basis.
Salary: £37,000 FTE (£22,000 pro-rata)Location: Remote - UK, 22hrs per week

Desirable Skills:* Knowledge of governance structures within non-profit or educational sectors* Experience working within an international organisation or membership-based body
Some of your main responsibilities will be:* Overseeing the awards and grants programmes of the organisation* Manage operations, meeting agendas, minute-taking and actioning the follow-up* Support the CEO and Senior Management Team in maintaining a robust governance framework
