Customer Service Advisor

Are you fully flexible across Monday - Sunday and open to working shifts, including occasional night shift? Looking for an office based role where you will be appreciated and seen as an individual?If successful in this Customer Service Advisor role, you will be working for an innovative organisation providing technical and general support to incoming callers and service users.Standard shifts are paid at £11.44 per hourNight shift is paid at £17.16 per hour- inbound customer service- admin tasks, such as data entry, email correspondence, electronic filing- updating the internal systemSuccessful candidates will come with customer service experience, either from the retail, hospitality or contact centre environment and have a natural flair for dealing with people.
