If successful in this Customer Service Advisor role, you will be working for an innovative organisation providing technical and general support to incoming callers and service users.
Standard shifts are paid at 12 per hour
- inbound customer service
- admin tasks, such as data entry, email correspondence, electronic filing
- updating the internal system
Successful candidates will come with customer service experience, either from the retail, hospitality or contact centre environment and have a natural flair for dealing with people.
