- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers
- Handle bookings through phone and internal systems
- Generate and clarify accurate invoices
- Keep customer records up to date in accordance with GDPR
- Identify and suggest additional services or products to enhance the customer experience
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
