The role is permanent and full-time working M-F 9-5.30 with a salary range of 24k-26k depending on experience.

Some of the duties you'll be responsible for day to day:
- Engaging with customers through various channels, including email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions regarding updates on open work items
- Managing and updating internal systems, processing invoices and updating work items in real time
- Drafting legal documents and updating contracts
- Collaborating with warehouse and maintenance teams
- Supporting the front-end service team
