As a Finance Administrator, you'll be a key player in the finance team, ensuring seamless financial operations and contributing to the company's success. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, purchase orders and payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts
  • Supporting financial reporting and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or administration role
  • Strong proficiency in financial software (SAP is desirable) and Microsoft Excel
