What might a typical day in this job look like?

  • Coordinator for processing orders, payments, booking in stock transfers and requesting stock using Zoho Sales System. You will receive training becoming an expert in this system to ensure all stock matches here and physically, as well as ensuring all payments have been made
  • Using Pegasus system to keep on top of inventory management
  • Working in collaboration with other departments creating/updating content and marketing on the website, such as images, videos and product information
  • Ensuring SharePoint is regularly updated to support other departments
  • Providing daily support/creating reports to the manager, sales reps and other team members using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are met in a timely manner
  • Advising customers on a range of products, product costs and lead times
  • Gaining an understanding of manufacturing systems and keeping to date with product information

  • Someone with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with sharp attention to detail

Salary:

£19,000 per annum

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday
