Sweetzone in Dundee are looking to take on a Digital Support Apprentice to support them in essential tasks that will allow you to learn on the job, gain a qualification all whilst earning a living.
What will I be doing?
- Act as a first responder and deal effectively with incoming phone calls whilst taking orders, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to accurately and promptly
- Become a super user of Sage 50 to deal with Order entry, despatch and invoicing
- Become an expert in using the EDI Software for receiving orders, sending invoices and chasing any outstanding payments
- Wide use of Microsoft Packages such as Excel to keep note of orders and stock
- Collaborative team working using applications like teams and outlook to engage with internal colleagues
What we are looking for:Â
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work well as a team and individually
- Good time management & excellent organisational skills
- A warm and friendly manner
Salary: £16,380 per annum.
Working week:Â Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. [35hrs a week]Â
