This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering effective HR solutions across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer professional HR advice and support to managers and employees on workplace policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Assist in the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing workforce planning.
  • Support learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and update HR records while contributing to HR reporting and insights.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR Adviser or similar HR advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
