HR Advisor - 6 month contract £207 per day InsideIR35 - Dundee 2x per week in office

Loriens leading public sector client are looking to bring on a HR Advisor on an initial 6 month contract (possible 3 months extra extension). The client has offices in Dundee and are looking at a minimum 2x per week office.Job outline:

  • In-house advisory service to senior managers and employees covering the full range of HR operations issues.
  • Leading on the delivery of allocated HR improvement projects and / or carrying out project work as required.
  • writing HR policies, procedures and guidance to ensure compliance with legislation.

Skill set:a degree or equivalent qualification in human resources (HR) related subject at SCQF level 10 or above or significant current HR experience that demonstrates the membership standards of the CIPD experience assessment.

  • Implementing people management policies and procedures.
  • Track record of dealing with case management support including attendance, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Plan and prioritise own workload.
  • knowledge and experience of negotiating and collaborating with trade unions.
