Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters
- Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts
- Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property law
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
