We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Dundee. In this role, you will independently manage a diverse caseload, providing expert guidance to clients throughout their property transactions.

Description
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the conveyancing team.
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proficient in managing a diverse caseload independently.
- Well-versed in current property laws and regulations.
- An excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
Job Offer
