Unlike other multi-service private practices the property team is held in high regard and as they continue to build market share they are looking to add to their team.Ideally you shall have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience of successfully managing post settlement work including:
  • Completing and submitting applications for registration of deeds and LBTT Returns (Land and Buildings Transaction Tax).
  • Reviewing Title Sheets post-registration to ensure all information is accurate.
  • Sending title deeds to lenders, clients, and storage.
