The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Permanent Experienced Rental Desk Administrator for their client based in Dundee.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Location: Dundee
Salary: £26,000
Duties:
- Assisting the Rental Desk Team Leader with the running of the Rental Desk
- Ensuring that rental contracts are opened accurately, timely in an efficient manner
- Plan for upcoming jobs
- Professional support for all personnel in the depot. Maintain logs, documentation,
- customer files and internal sales support.
- Maintain a log of upcoming orders and their statuses
- Liaise with the Service and Sales Team for shortfalls and conflicts
- Liaise with customers by phone and e-mail to arrange delivery and pick up times
- Liaise with Service Team Leader ensuring a service engineer is available for offshore/Onshore install/decommission jobs for organisation of travel / accommodation
- Assist in facilitating company purchases by creation of purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain fuel and freight quotation logs.
Required Skills:
- MUST have a minimum 3 years.rental desk / hire controller experience
- Strong Communicator
- Works well in part of a team
- Good analytical and organisation skills
- Must have competent skills in Excel and Word.
- Experience of working within the Oil and Gas / Industrial background would be advantageous, but not a necessity.
