About The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Printer to work on our client's eight-colour press in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. As a Printer, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's business forward. This position is suitable for experienced printers, as well as experienced minders or newly qualified apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate presses or similar equipmentEnsure colour and quality control, adhering to ISO requirementsPerform maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment and work areaMaintain a quality-conscious approach to all workWillingness to learn and expand printing knowledgeThrive in a fast-paced environmentWork independently while effectively communicating with the teamExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Requirements:
Previous experience setting and running Heidelberg or similar pressesStrong understanding of colour and quality control with ISO requirementsDemonstrated ability to maintain equipment and work areaQuality-conscious approach to all work undertakingsEagerness to learn and expand printing knowledgeExperience working in fast-paced environmentsSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
