Your new companyHays are delighted to be working in partnership with one of our key clients who are a locally and nationally recognised leading accountancy firm who are passionate about their people and continued development for their employees. Due to continuous growth, the requirement for an additional Payroll Administrator to join the collaborative team has become available.Your new roleIn your new role, you will become a proactive member of the wider payroll team is support in the delivery of quality payroll services to a varied client base. This will include end to end payroll processing across various cycles including weekly, biweekly and monthly payrolls for an array of clients from sole traders through to large corporations. You will be involved in providing services in line with updated payroll legislations including SSP, SMP, SPP, NI and dealing with pension uploads.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will demonstrate a sound understanding of end to end payroll processing and updated payroll legislation. This will include having previously worked in a bureau or client facing payroll position within the local area, confidently demonstrating an ability to provide a quality service for payroll. You will demonstrate excellent IT skills and an ability to adapt to using several bespoke payroll softwares.
