Job Opportunity: Payroll Administrator

Location: Dundee
Starting Salary: 25,000 - 30,000
Hours: 9:00 - 5:00 Mon - Fri

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience within managing the end to end payroll process within a multi-client or payroll bureau setting. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in addressing payroll queries related to tax codes, deductions, and statutory payments.

- Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll regulations: PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, SPP, student loans, pensions, GDPR, and year-end reporting

- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple client payrolls while working under tight deadlines

- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently and professionally with both clients and HMRC

- A collaborative team player who fosters a positive and productive working environment by supporting colleagues

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing the end to end payroll process within a multi-client or payroll bureau setting

- Proficiency in payroll software such as Paycircle, Sage Payroll, Xero Payroll, or similar are essential.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
