Your new company

Our client is a reputable Facilities Management Company committed to providing high-quality maintenance services to commercial properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance plumber to join our team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

Your responsibilities will include both the installation and maintenance of plumbing work on commercial properties, including;

  • Performing general plumbing work, including fixing issues with existing plumbing work.
  • Installing new plumbing works as required.
  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing works.
  • Responding to emergency plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

Our client is looking for a plumber whose background is maintenance plumbing and is comfortable in a maintenance environment, working with members of the public. Successful candidates will preferably have experience in maintenance plumbing in residential as well as commercial properties.Main requirements:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance plumber
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating)
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

What you'll get in returnYour work schedule will be a standard Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30, with pay being allocated every Friday.
