Governance Manager required to join a small but well renown association on a part time, permanent basis.
Salary: 37,000 FTE (22,000 pro-rata)
Location: Remote - UK, 22hrs per week

Essential Skills:
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience in managing governance processes in complex organisations
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of governance structures within non-profit or educational sectors
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of governance structures within non-profit or educational sectors
* Experience working within an international organisation or membership-based body
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
* Overseeing the awards and grants programmes of the organisation
* Manage operations, meeting agendas, minute-taking and actioning the follow-up
* Support the CEO and Senior Management Team in maintaining a robust governance framework
