Roofer

Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for a qualified Roofer to work in and around the Dundee area. The role is a long-term one, and you will be working alongside other tradespeople & labourers. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work within a great team environment.Your new roleIn this role, you will be required to:

• Work 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Start work at 0730am based at a depot in Dundee,
• Assessing the condition of roofs to determine the best repair or replacement methods.
• Fixing leaks, replacing damaged slates, and addressing other issues to maintain roof integrity.
• Stripping away old roofing materials before installing new ones and making the roofs resistant to all weather conditions
• Reporting to contracts manager regularly while working mobile around Dundee

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a recognised qualification in Roofing and, ideally, live and work within the Dundee area.
• You will have experience in social housing roles as you will be coming face to face with tenants and dealing with their queries.
• You will require a full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role.
