Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 46,000)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday

About the Role:
Our industry-leading client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding the business and enhancing client relationships across various sectors, including Food & Drink, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Facility Management, and Property Management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to bring in new clients.
- Maintain and build relationships within targeted sectors.
- Collaborate with the technical team to manage client expectations effectively.
- Map out the market to identify potential targets.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Engage in B2B sales activities.
- Assist clients in saving time and money through our services.
- Forecast sales targets and growth projections for the company.
- Attend networking events to identify new market opportunities.

Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role.
- Experience dealing with clients in the Food & Drink, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Facility Management, and Property Management sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Clean driving license.
