Driver Hire Dundee are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work with their customer based in Dundee. This is a full time, temporary contract with a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
This is a fast paced, varied role where you will complete general office and administration duties, in order to support the depot management team. You will also be accountable for various budgets, and reporting financial figures in a timely and efficient manner.
Administration Assistant Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Good mind for numbers
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exposure to managing budgets
- Excellent communication skills
In return, the Administration Assistant will receive:
- 11.50 per hour PAYE
- Weekly pay
- Holiday pay
- Monday to Friday shift pattern
- 09:00AM to 05:00PM each day (39 hours)
