Are you an experienced Site Agent with a passion for delivering complex rail and civil engineering projects? We're working with a leading contractor to recruit a proactive and results-oriented Site Agent for major infrastructure works across Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role within a dynamic team, driving project success while upholding safety and quality standards. ### **Role Overview:** As Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for managing site operations on a range of rail and civil engineering projects. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key role for someone looking to advance their leadership skills and make a significant impact in the industry. *Key Responsibilities; - Oversee all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. - Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Monitor and report on project progress, implementing solutions to address any challenges. - Champion a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence on site.
