Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Requirements: - Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. - Proven experience as a Site Agent, ideally within the rail or civil engineering sector. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and industry standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure. - Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
