The Role Field Service Engineer

Due to further expansion, Burtons Medical Equipment is recruiting for a new Field Service Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for the scheduled servicing, repair, and commissioning of our range of products at customer sites within a designated area. This is a field service role, therefore, a candidate located within the area is essential. Maintaining a high level of customer service, building excellent working relationships with clients and customers

Key Skills

  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding skill set
  • Experience in a customer facing field based service engineer role
  • Applicants with a background working on medical equipment is an advantage, although full product training will be provided
  • EBME experience advantageous
  • Self motivated and productive attitude
  • Ability to manage workload independently
  • Computer literate
  • Full driving license
