o Minimum one year`s experience in Administration.
o GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolving patients' and relatives' concerns quickly and effectively, negotiating solutions when needed
Using hospital computer systems to update and share information about patients and their next of kin
Building and maintaining good relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust to help resolve concerns efficiently
Communicating with patients, relatives, and carers in a professional, caring, and respectful manner, maintaining appropriate boundaries
Working Hours:
- Band 2 . Rate of pay is 11.45 - 15.75 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
- Hours of work 4pm until 9pm, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
