Exciting Opportunity for a Band 4 Office Manager!

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Office Manager to join our clients within the healthcare sector at the Ulster Hospital.

This is a full-time role of 37:50 hours per week, offering a fantastic opportunity for a 6-month period , Excellent Opportunity for job progression !

Working Hours:
o 9-5pm, Mon - Fri

Rate of Pay:
o 13.57 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibilities
To arrange and participate in team meetings to include minute-taking under the direction of management team and take responsibility for implementing agreed actions.
To undertake projects when required on behalf of Senior Management as and when required.
Co-ordination and validation of in-patient, day case and out-patient waiting lists, in accordance with Trust policies, using relevant computer systems. Effective communication with medical, secretarial and other staff to ensure accuracy and consistency of data systems.
Proactively manage any potential patient access and waiting list target breaches by identifying concerns, considering options and implementing appropriate action.
Provide advice, guidance and assistance on patient access and waiting list management issues to secretarial, administrative and clerical staff.

Requirements:
o Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
o Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration and five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C and above.
o Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
