We're are representing as leading specialist steelwork fabricator and supplier, specialising in Structural and Architectural Steelwork. Specialism in Steel Framed Buildings, Steels, Balustrades, Staircases, Handrails, and secondary steelwork. From design to fabrication, site delivery, and erection, they ensure excellence at every stage. With a turnover of over 25m the client now seeks an additional Contracts Manager to strengthen the team.

Role Overview:
As a Projects/Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of projects across London. Your duties will include organizing and monitoring works from tender to completion, managing budgets and schedules, liaising with clients, overseeing site works, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate site works and manage fitting contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain communication with senior management through reports and updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Projects/Contracts Management experience in steel fabrication and site work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Full driving license required.
