As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will play a key role in preparing financial statements, assisting with tax computations, and supporting senior team members with client advisory work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a UK practice, be working towards a recognised accounting qualification (such as AAT, ACCA, or ACA), and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of year-end accounts for a variety of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
  • Assisting with tax computations and VAT returns.
  • Supporting senior team members with client queries and advisory work.
  • Liaising with clients and providing excellent service.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Working towards AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualification (or qualified by experience).
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
