Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who is looking to add an Electrical Installation Engineer to their team on a permanent basis. You’ll be based in the Dunfermline area, however this role with cover Scotland.
You will also be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, and when working away, overnight stays and expenses will be covered.Â
Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours)
Salary: £34.5K – £38.5K
Daily Duties –
- Attending customer sites to install voltage, and control panels, distribution boards and process instruments
- Assist with technical issues on-site or client projects within the water utilities and engineering industries Â
- Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials in compliance with industry standards
- Communicating with customers and providing advice on equipment installed
Candidate Requirements –
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship or time-servedÂ
- Experience with electrical or instrumentation installation
- 18th edition qualification
- Excellent communication skills due to customer-facing role
- ECS/CSCS Card
- Driving Licence (essential)
