• Assisting in the preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Supporting audit assignments, working closely with senior team members
• Preparing corporate and personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
• Handling client queries and building strong professional relationships
• Working with a diverse range of clients, gaining exposure to various industries
• Staying updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations

• Part-qualified ACA or ACCA, or AAT qualified with a commitment to further studies
• Experience working in an accountancy practice
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks would be beneficial

• £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
