We are seeking a proactive, target-driven individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive!Position Overview: The primary goal of this role is to maintain, develop, and expand sales within the current customer portfolio while attracting new customers and achieving monthly targets.Key Attributes:* Effective communication skills* Ability to identify buying signals and sell products based on features and benefits* Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously* Driven to meet and exceed targets* Previous experience in technical telesales (ideal, but not essential)* Strong relationship-building skills* Ability to work within a team and collaborate across departments* Eager to continuously train and develop skills

Responsibilities:* Maintain healthy sales growth and meet monthly targets* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls* Regularly contact existing customers via phone and email* Follow up on phone and online sales inquiries* Maintain a healthy profit margin* Ensure customer records in CRM are accurate and up to date* Process sales orders and create new customer accounts* Resolve customer queries or complaints, aiming for first-time resolution* Provide administrative support to the customer service team when needed* Ensure all quality assurance standards are maintained* Assist with the collection of customer account balances when necessary* Work towards and achieve set KPIsWhat We Offer:* A competitive salary* Excellent bonus scheme (monthly and quarterly, based on target achievements)* 33 days of annual leave (inclusive of Public/Bank holidays)* Full ongoing sales and product trainingWe supply premium products to the automotive, industrial, and marine sectors.
