We work on a 4/3 rota basis which provides you with great continuity and a fantastic work/life balance, your rota whilst working with us would look like this

07:00 - 14:00

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

We are ideally looking for you to be:

  • Empathetic, compassionate and, warm individual
  • Reliable, committed and flexible
  • Paid UK experience preferred but not essential as training available
  • A female driver with access to your own vehicle is a requirement- Business Insurance req
  • Live locally and be able to commit to the Rota and shifts

Here is just a couple of things you will be doing on a day to day basis

  • Assisting with daily living, domestic duties and personal care
  • Supporting clients in the community
  • Meal preparation and support
