Maintenance Operative

TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Maintenance Operative to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team on a 6 month temporary contract in Dunfermline.

As a Maintenance Operative yourdutieswill be but not limited to-

• General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
• This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves.
• PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).

The rate of pay for the Maintenance Operative is 12.71/ph.

• 40 hours per week
• 6am - 3pm
• 1-in-4 weekend shift. - Not on call.
